Our Member of the Month for March is Damon Glasgow. Although he has only been with the County as a Youth Detention worker for 14 months, Damon has already proven to be a tremendous asset to the team there. He is dedicated and hardworking. Damon is also extremely focused on continuously learning and developing the best practices to mange policy and procedures both efficiently and effectively. In his short time at the Center, he has become a “Handle with Care trainer”, helping to ensure the safety of the children and staff as well. Damon Glasgow is also very involved in our community. He volunteers as a youth football coach and in youth advocacy programs at city recreation centers. He has been described as a pillar of the community by his peers.
