Cindy DeRoo is a senior examiner on the DART Team. She has been with MCDHS for 15 years. In addition to her excellent work at the department, she is very active in our community.

*She volunteers as "team mom" for many of the sports activities her children are involved with.
*Volunteered for Salute to Seniors Concert put on by Monroe County Office for the Aging.
*Volunteered for the Comfort & Joy Project 2025. Delivered warm meals and holiday gift bags to Monroe County residents ages 60+.
*Worked on the Annual Toy Giveaway with Gary the Happy Pirate and Monroe County Youth Bureau.
*She is also a volunteer for the Ginna Disaster Response Program.
